Halo Nail Academy maintains this website, any courses offered and other linked and related sites (the “Site”) for the use of its customers, vendors, students, and other Site users (“Users”) upon agreement to the following terms. Please read the terms carefully before using the Site. Use of this website indicates acceptance of these “Terms of Use” and forms a binding agreement between you and Halo Nail Academy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this Site.
1. Use of Site
Halo Nail Academy provides various materials, information, quizzes, tests, questions, articles, news and other information on this and related sites and in courses offered through this site (the “Materials”). Halo Nail Academy authorizes each User to view and/or download one copy of Materials. Materials may be downloaded and a maximum of one copy of the Materials may be printed provided that Users make no modifications to the Materials and you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original Materials on any copies of the Materials. Users may not modify the Materials at this Site in any way or reproduce, share or distribute them. Users will keep all Materials confidential, and will not sell, auction, loan, rent, give away, describe, summarize, or otherwise reveal the Materials or their contents, to any other person or entity. Any breach of these Terms of Use automatically terminates your authorized use of the Site.
2. Time Limit on User Use
If you, as a User, purchase the "Online Gel Nail Enhancement Certification Program", the "In-Person Gel Nail Enhancement Certification Program", or the "Soak Off Gel Manicurist Certification Program" from this Site or Halo Nail Academy, you consent to an understanding that you have access to your program for a total of 365 days “one year”. Should you not complete the program within this set amount of time, you the User understand you will lose access to the program until arrangements have been made to extend your program access for an agreed upon fee depending on the length of the term. Extension fee for a period of “6 months” is available for the discounted price of $555 CAD and is subject to change at any time.
If you, as a User, purchase any Advanced Courses (Shaping, Art, Etc) You have lifetime access to the program and all updates made.
3. User Warranty
As a User you warrant that you are not an agent or employee of any other nail education company and that your use of the Site and Materials are solely for the purpose of obtaining a Certification in the trade of “nail technician”. You as a User understand that Certification is not guaranteed solely upon completion of online course. As a User you understand that you must complete a practicum producing consistent work of “acceptable standard” deemed by the course educators, and final exam with a passing grade of 80% before receiving a Certificate from Halo Nail Academy.
4. Trademark and Copyright
Halo Nail Academy, and certain other brands, trademarks, and service marks are marks of Halo Nail Academy and its affiliates. The Materials on this Site are copyrighted, and any unauthorized use of any Materials on this Site may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.
5. Hyperlinks
Links to external websites are provided solely as a convenience to you. Alpha Score Seminars Inc. has not reviewed all of these external websites, does not control and is not responsible for any of these sites or their content. If you decide to access any of the external websites linked to this Site, you do so entirely at your own risk.
6. No Warranty
The Materials provided at this site are provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind including warranties of merchantability, use for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property. Halo Nail Academy further does not warrant the accuracy and completeness of the Materials at this Site. Halo Nail Academy may make changes to the Materials at this Site, or to the services and prices described in them, at any time without notice. The Materials on this Site may be out of date, and Halo Nail Academy makes no commitment to update the Materials at this Site.
Halo Nail Academy reserves the right to increase course tuitions, offer promotional discounts or do free giveaways at their discretion. Halo Nail Academy does not offer partial refunds or full refunds on any of their course Materials.

If your use of the Materials or information from this Site results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment or data, you assume all costs thereof.

The Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the province of British Columbia, Canada.
